Taste: Fresh red and rich dark fruit flavours on the palate, backed up by soft, elegant tannins. Rich, balanced finish. A stylish princely wine with excellent aging potential. Food pairing: Perfect on its own or with roast chicken, grilled beef, duck and even a selection of preserves and matured cheeses.
