Alvi's Drift Albertus Viljoen Bismarck 2019

A beautifully robust wine with an opaque red colour, complex on the nose with layers of spice, vanilla, white pepper and generous helping of ripe black berries and prunes. Firm tannins, but with the richness of the ripe fruit, it becomes an almost seamless, wonderfully elegant expression of Alvi’s favorite wines of the vintage with a long-lasting, memorable finish. This wine will age for at least 8 to 10 years.
