Creation Emma's Pinot Noir 2019

Emma's Pinot Noir, named after winemaker JC Martin's daughter, consists of three barrels and is designed to be a more elegant style of Pinot Noir with a touch more density. A generous bouquet of black cherries. Red currant and touches of bergamot exhibit fine minerality and seem to gain intensity in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with quite firm tannins, perhaps learning more toward the 'density', the 30% whole bunches lending a slight spiciness and earthiness.
